Shipping, Returns and Reimbursements
Shipping Options
When placing an order please note that All product is made at the
time of your order. Please allow 7-10 for your orders to be
processed and shipped.
When shipping via USPS (United States Postal Service) for smaller orders and out
of the USA with a charge of or $2.50 for insurance and shipping packaging
in addition to the cost of shipping.
We ship via UPS For large packages with a charge of $5.00 for insurance and
shipping packaging in addition to the cost of shipping.
Returns and Reimbursements
When returning damaged or unusable product claims must be made within 30 days.
Shipping will not be included in your reimbursement and return shipping will be
at the customers expense. Reimbursement will be up to 75% of the cost of your
returned products and the funds will be returned to the credit card of the
original purchase. If payment was received in form of a check or money order it
will be returned to you in the same manner.
Reimbursement without product must be in written request with an explanation of
the reason you wish to be reimbursement within 30 days. We will reimburse up to
75% of the products cost and shipping will not be refunded. Your reimbursement
will be returned to the credit card of the original purchase. If payment was
